We do this by first hiring Servant Leaders.  There is an old saying that "The fish rots from the head."  So if our consultants are going to lead your organization to Greatness, they have to be Great Leaders.  And Great Leaders know how to Follow.  They have been both employee and manager; business owner and customer.  Second, at TCD our consultants are first faithful over a few things and then made stewards over much.  There is no client engagement too small or large for us to handle.  Our client list is comprised of the Biggest of the Big and companies so small, they are located in your town and you've never heard of them. Every organization deserves the opportunity to be Successful.  Lastly, we realized early on that Common Sense Ain't Common.  So we utilize a sensible approach to consulting:  If it doesn't make dollars, it doesn't make sense.  If it doesn't make sense, it is waste. And waste must always be removed.
